Viking House is a new a residential development in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. The development comprises four separate buildings, three of which are 4 storeys in height and are constructed in load-bearing blockwork with pre-cast concrete plank floors. The remaining building is a 9 storey reinforced concrete framed structure.

The nine storey block was built into a 1 in 3 slope requiring the rear of the building at Ground Floor to be designed as a retaining wall, which required 2 levels of specialist waterproofing.
