Brierly Place is a office development in Chelmsford, Essex.

PSL worked initially Client side for tmd surveyors and were thereafter novated to Corley & Wooley the Main Contractor appointed for the works.

The development included the full strip out of the building back to shell, Structural alterations to existing lift shafts and 2 new lifts and a new external terrace with pergola (refer photos).

The development also included the fit out of an external WC block (for employees arriving by bicycle/doing sport at lunchtime) which included our designing adaptions to the existing below ground drainage system.
