The proposed works at 1-4 & 5-8 Dunton Court, Laindon comprised refurbishment of former offices/medical centre as residential apartments.

PSL were appointed by the developer George Martin to carry out all aspects of the structural and civils design as follows:-

• Revised openings through party walls between adjacent buildings, infilling revised builderswork holes

• Adaption of the below ground Foul (FW) drainage system to accommodate revised/additional FW stacks/connection to existing main drainage system.

Our involvement included our providing temporary works designs and method sequencing working for the contractor, E J Taylor.

Nos 1-4 Dunton Court was completed during 2021.

Nos 5-8 Dunton Court underway are programmed for completion in autumn 2023.
