The project comprises the redevelopment of 520 London Road, Thurrock as a vehicle body shop facility for Spectrum Repairs, comprising a new repair workshop and 2 Storey offices.

Pure Structures Ltd were appointed by Thomas Sinden to carry out the Structural/Civil Design of the buildings.

The unit is divided into two parts: the warehouse and the office. The warehouse structure comprises a steel portal frame, subdivided into 5no. maintenance bays incorporating a vehicle maintenance trench and a specialist spray booth.

The office building comprises a two-story simply designed braced steelwork frame with the 1st floor comprising of a composite reinforced concrete slab on metal deck.

The project is currently out for Tender and due to commence construction later in 2023
