A major re-development of a large Victorian terrace property including formation of a full plan basement below the existing lower ground floor level.

Pure Structures was responsible for all temporary works aspects including producing construction sequencing for the demolition/basement formation and re-development phases.

The basement formation made use of the Japanese zero pile system, introduced to limit basement plan loss working inside of the existing LGF footprint.
