Major redevelopment of a large central London terrace property.
Works included entire demolition and redevelopment of the main property and associated mews house including 3 new basement levels below existing LGF and extending to 15m below street level.
PSL were responsible for all temporary work aspects and development of construction sequences working with specialist basement contractor Knight Build.
